Do you take care of my data?

Yes, all inquiries are handled confidentially and with respect. We treat personal data properly and securely, and to be compliant, all applications must be made through our recruitment system.

No, in order to ensure that all personal data is handled correctly, the only way to apply is through our recruitment system. Unfortunately, this means that we cannot accept physical applications/CVs or applications by email. This also applies to unsolicited applications - both for salaried and hourly paid employees.

We accept applications in Danish and English.

In most cases, we only ask for a motivated CV, so you can put your experience and a short motivation for applying for the job in the same file. You can generate a pdf of your LinkedIn profile as a CV.

The specific job posting will always specify the content of the application. If you are applying unsolicited, a motivated CV is sufficient.

Yes, we offer both traineeships for primary school pupils and longer-term traineeships for students. Traineeships must be agreed locally with the specific department. You can find out more about our different departments here

Yes, we have more than 40 students employed in student jobs in a wide range of functions. Student jobs must be agreed locally with the specific department. You can find out more about our different departments here

Yes, if you do not get a job at GLS in the first instance, we will keep your application in our database for 4 months and will contact you if a job opportunity matching your qualifications arises. Of course, we only store data from candidates who have given us permission to do so in the application process.

We will always email you a confirmation that we have received your application. After reviewing the applications received, we aim to reply to all applicants as soon as possible and no later than one week after the deadline.
